about the founder

With 25 years as an executive in the retail industry at Macy’s, Inc., I’m CEO and Founder of [curious]® leadership + change agency, providing coaching and consulting for leadership and change initiatives important to individual leaders and organizations. My leadership coaching certification is with Georgetown University, and I hold a PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation. A University professor and Chair of Graduate Programs, I teach courses in leadership, management and strategy to working professionals pursuing graduate degrees, and also undergraduate students crafting their professional launches. As a researcher, my published work values the curious capacity of leaders in the modern world, and includes a validated, original assessment tool for leader development. I’ve also co-authored chapters on the emergence of leader capacity. My research continues on the relationship of emergence to leadership and strategy in the modern world.
