Honing management skills is an important part of leading. In this 2-part session, explore and experiment with key accountabilities in your manager role, including managing priorities, delegating effectively, communicating for understanding, giving employee feedback, setting performance goals and measuring performance.
In this session, you will:
- Learn key fundamental skills important to managing effectively.
- Experiment with skills practice with colleagues in the session.
- Develop a leadermap to focus your continued development outside of the learning session.
