Course
Shaping Your Leader Style: It starts with your Authentic You
Date: 7/10/2019
Time: 9 am to 1 pm
Location: [curious] Leader Experience Center, 1126 Broadway Street, Cincinnati, OH
Before we can effectively lead others, we have to know who we are as a leader. From honing core values to evaluating leader style, self-identifying how we want to show up in our leadership is the only way we can effectively engage in leading others. In this session, participants will use a model to explore and define who they are as leaders today and the meaning that has in their work.
In this session, you will:
- Explore personal reflections and concepts on ways of leading to focus personal leader behaviors and perspectives on leading self and others.
- Develop a leadergram to document personal data that informs the shaping of leader identity.
- Experiment with and learn how leader self connects to leader opportunities at work.
